Silk - Massage Therapist

Silk, a unique wellness centre, was established in Brighton by Ana Bott, an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist. Recognising a significant gap in the wellbeing industry for LGBTQ+ inclusion and specialism, Ana created Silk to cater specifically to the needs of the Queer community. The centre, the only one of its kind in the city, proudly displays its commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, offering a range of services such as massage, yoga, acupuncture, cupping, and sound baths.

Silk's approach to wellness is not only inclusive but also informed and empowering, with a keen understanding of the specific health needs of the LGBTQ+ community. The centre places a particular emphasis on addressing the prevalence of trauma and disability within the community, striving to make its space as accessible as possible to those most in need of wellbeing support.
