Roller Fitness
The distance learning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program provides individuals with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental Roller Fitness principles. It encompasses various aspects, including the adaptation of exercises to incorporate roller skating for toning, balance enhancement, and improved control. The program also covers the fundamentals of basic roller skating movements and techniques.
Upon successful completion of the Roller Fitness Instructor training program, participants will have expanded their existing fitness knowledge. Equipped with these newfound skills, they will be capable of introducing an innovative fitness approach, allowing individuals to engage in toning exercises focused on legs, buttocks, and abdominal muscles while wearing roller skates.
